At Covive part of our job is to design spaces for sharing. Our passion is to create not just homes, but communities where collaboration and companionship flourish. Our shared spaces are the result of a clear vision and the experience of the entire Covive team. For the design of these spaces, Ana Paola our architect and Sofia Miranda our interior designer are specialists. We will explore in detail how our spaces foster collaboration and how Ana Paola brings this vision to life.

Strategically located spaces

When you walk through a space at Covive, carefully planned details do not go unnoticed. Ana Paola makes sure that the shared shared areas are strategically are strategically located, avoiding long walks and favoring interaction among the inhabitants. The living room, kitchen and dining room are the heart of all our projects. We always strive to achieve ample spaces and an open concept so that everyone can easily gather and enjoy moments together.

Privacy without sacrificing community

At Covive, we value both privacy and community. Our space team achieves a harmonious balance between these two fundamental aspects. Each resident has his or her own personal space, designed to provide comfort and tranquility. But at the same time, shared spaces are designed so that all residents can meet and socialize whenever they wish. Privacy and community are not mutually exclusive, and at Covive, they are equally important.

Encouraging social interaction

Shared spaces at Covive are more than simply functional; they are designed to generate social interaction. Our team cares about every detail, from the size and arrangement of the furniture to the choice of colors and lighting. Living rooms are cozy, with comfortable sofas and coffee tables that invite conversation. The dining rooms have large tables with enough seating for the entire home community to share meals and experiences. In addition, play areas, terraces, patios and other amenities are included to promote community building.

Flexibility and Adaptability

Adaptability is another fundamental principle in the design of our shared spaces. Our spaces team selects versatile furniture and creates designs that can be modified to meet the changing needs of the community. Modular chairs and tables are the ideal type of furniture for spaces like our multipurpose room. This allows residents to transform the space for whatever activity they desire. Whether it's drawing classes, chatting with friends or working one-on-one, the furniture supports our community and allows the spaces to evolve along with its inhabitants, providing a dynamic environment in which people can feel comfortable and express themselves.

Ana Paola's Vision

Ana Paola is one of the masterminds behind the magic of Covive. Her vision is based on the belief that good design can foster meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging. For her, each project is unique and tailored to the needs and personalities of the inhabitants. Her experience and passion for architecture are reflected in every corner of our coliving spaces.
In conclusion, at Covive, designing spaces for sharing goes beyond aesthetics. It is an expression of our belief in the importance of collaboration and companionship in everyday life. Every detail is an opportunity to foster interaction and strengthen community. Thanks to the vision and expertise of our spaces team, our areas become environments where human connections flourish, and where coliving becomes an enriching experience that goes beyond the walls of a home. Welcome to Covive, where design meets community!
