Before you start
In general terms, coliving is any shared living space that enhances the quality of life of its residents. At Covive we believe that you can find a balance between the privacy of a room and the coexistence within shared areas. This way, you can enjoy a community whenever you want.

Your monthly contribution includes:
- Private furnished room for rent, Access to fully furnished shared areas, All services (electricity, water, water filter, gas and high speed internet)
I.e. You arrive with your suitcase and everything is ready to use!
We try to be as flexible as possible and avoid bureaucracy as much as possible; avoiding issues such as a guarantor. However, we ask our residents for the bare minimum:
- Copy of official identification.
- Personal and professional references.
- Payment of one month's deposit (equivalent to a monthly contribution) and installation fee by debit or credit card.
- First payment of monthly contribution.
The minimum period of your stay is 1 month. The contract we sign does not have a fixed term. You only have to give 30 days notice of your departure. The base price is for stays of 12 months. For stays between 6 and 11 months the monthly payment increases 5%; between 1 and 2 months, it increases 15%; between 3 and 5 months, it increases 10%.
Of course! We only ask that you make a deposit proportional to your rent so that we know you are serious. With this, you can choose the date you will enter Covive and your rent will start to run from there.
ABOUT THE HOUSES
Each location is distinct, and maintains a unique historical identity that can be felt. However, all spaces are carefully designed and furnished according to a minimalist aesthetic that fuses the Mexican with the cosmopolitan.
Of course! You are free to define your stay at your convenience. We would simply charge the difference in rates from the initial deposit. I.e. if you had received a discount for a 6 month stay and you stay for 2 months, we would charge you according to the 2 month rate.
Yes! We simply ask for an extra contribution of $2,500 mxn/month to contribute to the payment of the services. For the moment, we only accept couples at Rooms with private bathrooms so as not to saturate the shared bathroom with other residents.
Yes, we do accept. At the moment, we have three Pet friendly houses: Casa Velarde 6, Velarde 8 and Volcanes.)
Of course! You can bring your belongings with you without any problem. Remember that Rooms already has a double bed with linens and a bureau with lamp to facilitate your arrival. For stays of more than 6 months, we offer a discount of $1,451.00 mxn/month in case you prefer an unfurnished room.
You can also complement the current furniture with whatever you need to feel at home.
Of course! We understand that your needs may change from one moment to the next. You can move from one room to another without any problem. We will simply update the corresponding rate if necessary.
COMMUNITY
There is no age limit at Covive. We like all ages to be represented because we believe that the interaction of different profiles generates value for everyone in the house.
Covive is an inclusive environment for all profiles. We do not discriminate by age, gender identity, languagelanguage, sexual orientation or religion. Of course, our community started thanks to open-minded people with an interest in living with other people.
We can provide you with basic information about those who already live there, such as age, gender and occupation. Although we will keep the rest of the details anonymous, out of respect for the privacy of our residents, we want you to have enough information to make a good decision.
In general, we try to encourage parties to take place outside of the Casa Covive due to noise issues. Mexico City already has many options for a spectacular night out. However, it is permissible to have visitors in the shared areas if a respectable volume is maintained after 11pm.
