Newton House as Collective Housing
Being part of this edition is a very important achievement for Covive. The mission and vision of Covive has always been around solving the growing housing problem in Mexico. Covive understands the current situation where most young people live alone and move frequently.
From this, the model of shared housing in key points such as the CDMX is taken up again. Sharing the spaces we inhabit is an integral solution. Casa Newton as collective housing became a sustainable way of life. This implies improving a way of housing both economically, socially and ecologically.

Balance of private and shared areas
This project emphasizes the color palette of the spaces. This was selected taking into account 3 important aspects. The incidence of light in the space, the type of activity that takes place in it and the atmosphere that we want to generate in each one. Our team took care of every detail to create cozy and comfortable spaces, with the intention of generating spaces that invite to converse, exchange experiences and build a community.

Thanks to the professional collaboration of the team Covive together with the owner of the house. To this we add the efforts of the architects Twentyfourseven and the construction company Alpha Desarrollos. This project has been very special for us, a reference in shared housing and an excellent place to live and share.
