Sustainable community living
Community and sustainable living is a way of living in harmony with the environment and in coexistence with others. At Covive, we are a community committed to promoting planet-friendly practices and social coexistence. For this reason, we are proud to present our new Casa Curie in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

The importance of sustainable community living
Sustainable community living allows us to live in harmony. Earth-friendly practices, such as responsible consumption of resources, water and energy saving, and waste separation, are fundamental to reducing our ecological footprint. In addition, community living allows us to live in harmony with our neighbors, fostering solidarity, cooperation and mutual support. Together, we can achieve a more sustainable and communal lifestyle.
Casa Curie, a sustainable house in Monterrey
This new house is solar-powered. Casa Curie is an architectural project designed for the efficient use of rooftops. Half of it is destined to generate energy through photovoltaic panels. The other half is used as a social terrace to encourage outdoor community activities and enjoy the views of the Monterrey hills. With 32 solar panels, we generate 2,400 KWhr per month, which covers approximately 50% of the house's daily energy consumption. In this way, we contribute to a more responsible consumption.
Contributing to a cleaner and more responsible world
Casa Curie is a sustainable house that promotes environmentally responsible community living. Its architectural project has been designed for the rational use of rooftops. This allows the generation of solar energy and outdoor social coexistence. The house also promotes the responsible use of water and the separation of waste for later recycling. It also promotes sustainable mobility, such as the use of bicycles and walking to get to know the neighborhood.
