Welcome to Casa Curie! Our new coliving project in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, ideal for digital nomads looking for a sustainable, modern living space with incredible amenities that will make them enjoy every day to the fullest in this place that will truly be their home away from home.

Casa Curie will be located in Colonia Roma in the district Tec of Monterrey, one of the traditional areas of the city that is a reference for its beautiful parks and great diversity that invite you to walk through its streets to discover new places.

A Space Designed for Community Living

Casa Curie is a 3 level project Covive that will have 670 m2 of construction designed based on the needs of its future inhabitants under the principles of privacy, flexibility, ecological awareness and inclusion. This new project is divided into 2 shared houses that will have 14 comfortable private rooms with their own bathroom, plus 4 other rooms with shared bathrooms.

Designed with a focus on community at Casa Curie, each house will have a shared kitchen, living room and dining room to create encounters and co-participation among its residents. Likewise, our residents will be able to enjoy five common areas among which you can find a co-working space, yoga room, TV room, game room and a terrace to relax among friends with a spectacular view of Cerro de la Silla, which will make this property more than a place to live a way of life with spaces to share experiences.

Live in one of the best areas of Monterrey.

Casa Curie is located in a predominantly residential and university area that offers several options to enjoy the nightlife with a wide range of restaurants and bars. It is also very close to Monterrey's Historic Center, the area where the Macroplaza, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Government Palace and Paseo Santa Lucia are located. Other attractions close to Casa Curie are the Barrio Antiguo and Fundidora Park,

The Old Quarter with its colonial mansions and cobblestone streets is the place to visit art galleries, boutiques, bazaars, alternative bars and gourmet restaurants. Fundidora Park is a favorite place for locals and tourists to spend a day outdoors, have a picnic, take a bike ride, visit a museum or enjoy seasonal events. Monterrey besides being known as an industrial city also has some of the best museums in Mexico such as the Museum of Contemporary Art (MARCO) which was designed by the renowned architect Ricardo Legorreta, the Museum of Mexican History and the Museum of the Northeast known as MUNE.
