We celebrated the opening of our new Casa Rio de Janeiro with a pilot partnership with Muvon, offering a bike sharing service for the inhabitants of the house. Located in the heart of the Roma Norte, which was designed from start to finish to allow inhabitants to share in different physical environments without any friction.
The house has spaces such as a large dining room, a fully equipped terrace, common room and a Coworking space that is available to our entire network of residents, regardless of the house you choose to live in.
Our alliance with Muvon will allow the inhabitants of our Casa Rio de Janeiro to have shared bicycles at all times to assist them in their daily routes, whether they use them for their regular commute to work or, if they already enjoy our Coworking and only use the bike sharing service for recreational transfers or even to run errands in the vast stores around our house at Roma Norte.
We are convinced that the development in micro mobility is a process that many industries need to employ thoroughly to reduce our carbon footprint, aspiring to a better quality by not polluting -so much- with our displacements, as well as exercising constantly and arriving on time everywhere, which represents a real challenge in Mexico City and its stratospheric times of routine transfers.

What do our houses include?
At Covive, each resident pays a monthly contribution that includes the furnished room, all utilities (internet, gas, electricity and water), unlimited filtered water to drink, cleaning twice a week, access to shared areas (kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry center) and access to amenities for the entire community both for work (coworking) and recreation (terrace, social loft).
