Casa del Valle Norte: A vibrant coliving oasis

Welcome to Casa del Valle Nortean exceptional living space that invites you to experience community life in a unique way. Located in an excellent location, just a few blocks from Roma Sur and Condesa. This house has excellent connectivity through public transportation and the Ecobici public bicycle service. Casa del Valle Norte invites you to live together in community within the network of Casas Covive.

In the house, modern style and design for sharing converge to create a collective living environment. Built in the 1960s, this house retains the original terrazzo finishes and ironwork on windows and doors. Claudia and Juan, the owners, acquired this property with the intention of developing apartments. However, after discovering the concept of Covive, they decided to join the community and transform the house into a living space. The result of this project ended up in an impressive transformation. We have three spacious interior shared areas, a terrace, a social courtyard and 12 Rooms with private bathrooms combine to create a cozy and welcoming environment.

The house has 429 m2 and is distributed in 2 volumes of 2 levels each; 1 at the front facing the main facade and the other at the back of the lot. These are joined by a patio equipped for the coexistence of our inhabitants. In the main volume there are 8 Rooms and shared areas: kitchen, living room, dining room, TV room and cowork. In the back volume are located 4 Rooms that for its privileged location will be pet friendly, with finishes and accessories to welcome our inhabitants of 4 paws.

Shared areas

Our shared areas are spaces of coexistence and connection par excellence. In each project these areas are designed for different facets of community life:

Interior shared areas: A living room, with a fireplace (currently deactivated), provides a cozy space for meetings and conversations. A large dining room, to bring the community together and provide space for sharing moments. And the spacious kitchen, which has two grills, two sinks and a dishwasher, ensuring that community living is easy.

Terrace: find rest in this space of serenity and vegetation. This space has a comfortable sitting area and a work table located under a cozy pergola. Whether you are looking for relaxation or productivity, this space harmoniously adapts to your needs.

Patio: enjoy outdoor living in a patio equipped with a barbecue. An adjoining outdoor dining area, covered by another pergola, invites you to socialize and share meals and moments with the community.

At the Casa del Valle Norte, community and comfort is paramount. In response to feedback from our residents we have nurtured this project. For example, we have added fixtures and furnishings that enhance the shared areas. These changes increase the functionality of the kitchen and complement the living at Rooms.

In particular, Casa del Valle Norte has gone a step further to meet the needs of the residents. An example of this is the inclusion of a 5-day cleaning service for shared areas. These changes favor the community spaces as they are kept in better condition. In short, this house allows residents to focus on the joys of shared living.
