Community Radiography Covive

In 2023 Covive will be 5 years in operation andbehind them there are many stories and data that we want to share with you .

Covive today operates homes in five locations. Three at Roma Norte, one at Condesa and one at Polanco. Next summer we will open our first location outside Mexico City: in the Roma neighborhood of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. (Small coincidence: in Mexico City we also started operations in Colonia Roma).

At Covive we work so that the same and the different can live together in harmony. A total of 289 inhabitants have passed through these houses during four years. The average age of our community is 27 years old: this year the Community has received inhabitants from 19 to 70 years old. That is why we can say that the Community Covive is very diverse:

25% of the community is from Mexico 🇲🇽;

24%, from Europe 🇪🇺;

22%, from North America 🇨🇦 🇺🇸;

20%, from Latin America 🌎;

5%, from Africa, Arab countries or the Middle East 🌍;

4%, from Asia 🌏.

The inhabitants of Covive have a very strong community spirit. The majority (57%) choose Covive for its community, convivial activities and shared areas. The rest, for the location of their homes (23%) or for the private Rooms (20%).

We are very grateful to the Community. In 2022, nearly half of the residents who signed a contract this year (45%) learned about Covive through the recommendation of a current resident.

On average the inhabitants live at Covive for stays of 5 months. But some inhabitants have already made Covive their permanent home and have been in the Community for more than 2 years.

When people leave Covive the majority (62%) move to another address outside of Mexico. The rest move within CDMX. Our goal in 2023 is that those who stay will prefer to stay at Covive.
