At Covive we look for ways to create community every day, we like to think that our residents (Covivers) choose to live in our homes because from day one we make them connect with their peers and start living more and better, in a warm, diverse and happy environment.
That's why the first activity we develop to give you a warm welcome, connect and have the first approach with the community Covive, is when you arrive at your new space and prepare some delicious cookies to make cookies. That's right, cookies for cookies! With a variety of flavors and colors, there is something for everyone, no one will be able to resist. Besides, food is the perfect pretext to break the ice and if we add the smell of delicious freshly baked cookies, the objective of attracting the attention of the inhabitants will be successful and will give the opportunity to introduce yourself, talk and share.
Also before they can smell and eat the cookies you can take the opportunity to ask them to help you make them, it is very easy. The idea is that through this activity they start to interact and exchange words, that's why we don't send the cookies ready, the creation process is a very important part to connect and relate for the first time.
Here are the instructions for its preparation:
- Invite your coworkers over to bake your cupcakes and have a meaningful conversation.
- Do not throw away the paper they are wrapped in, use it to place them on the baking sheet and put them on it.
- Preheat the oven to 140 C / 275 F for a few minutes.
- Bake the dough for 12 minutes if they are white or for 6 minutes if they are chocolate.
