#QuédateEnCasa

We are currently experiencing a critical situation in the world, we are facing a pandemic and reducing the number of people infected is everyone’s job. In many parts of the planet, #QuédateEnCasa is being promoted. We know how fundamental this is, but we are also aware that in these times of social isolation, sometimes the hours are very slow. Normally we would be delighted to have more moments to enjoy ourselves or to do activities that we like to do and that we normally do not give us time for them, but when uncertainty arrives and we must stay in the same space, organizing and thinking about how to spend 24 hours a day, can become a martyrdom.

We know that having roomies, family or with whom to go through quarantine makes everything easier, but

How can you organize so that the time we are in our homes is very usable and we have the best time we can?

Here we leave you some tips that we are sure will serve you!

  • First of all, it’s important to keep a routine. Bath, have breakfast, set your work schedules, breaks and time to do other things. Try to keep your routine as daily as possible, so you keep your mind and body active and take care of your mental and physical health.
  • Take care of your body: we know that a lot of time alone or without too many things to do, it leads us to eat in an unsused way. Avoid that at all costs, try to exercise and take advantage to cook something healthy and respect sleep schedules.
  • Find new ways to interact: it’s nice that you can do activities with your roomies, but it’s also good to talk to your friends, families or people who aren’t at home. Watch netflix from a distance, play online, skypea, find a way to stay in communication with your friends. It’s the perfect time to make that video call with those people who live far away and with whom the time difference doesn’t help much, take advantage of it!
  • Enjoy the time with your roomies! Everyday life absorbs us a lot and there are times when the only interaction we have with them is when we arrive or when we leave home. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know each other more, cook something together, play board games, talk, eat, watch movies, put together a home karaoke, learn something new. They can exercise together, share music, do a dance battle. There are many activities, let’s put on our batteries, listen, live and above all, LET’S STAY AT HOME 🙂
