We are very happy because very soon we will introduce you to our new home at Polanco: Casa Newton, we have put so much love and effort so that when you see it the first thought that crosses your mind is: I want to live there!
Casa Newton was also designed with great care and emphasis on each of the shared areas of the house. We developed a very interesting interior design concept, inspired by Newton's color theory, Goethe's color psychology and Joseph Albert's color interaction; all this to conjugate colorful spaces that have meaningful environments for our community, that celebrate diversity and provide a sense of belonging, reinforcing the idea of making spaces where the same and different can be one and the same.
Now we want to introduce you to the shared spaces that will make up Casa Newton:
Coffee room: This living area, located on the first floor of the house, is the first shared and creative space you encounter upon arrival, which invites you to spend moments of disconnection, clear your mind and relax.
Garden: Also located on the first floor, this place breaks with the everyday and transports us to another climate, surrounded by nature, is the parenthesis of the house, which will give the opportunity to be in contact with another environment to feel freshness and confidence.
Reading room: A space located on the second floor, dedicated to concentration, which invites you to feel calm and peace, it is cozy and warm everywhere you look, with the perfect light to read and enjoy the books you want.
Movie Theater: This will be our first home with an exclusive space to watch movies and series, a place where our community will gather to enjoy continuing to connect, to live together surrounded by action, drama, suspense and good popcorn.
Multipurpose room: This place is located on the second floor of the house, it is designed to be the most adaptable space and to be able to perform many activities, as always your imagination is the limit, when you know it you will feel its invitation to vibrate and activate you.
Orchard: At Covive we love to explore our creativity, so we put it together with one of our values, sustainability, hence #HuertoNewton was born, to be more sustainable and efficient by producing our own plants and vegetables for self-consumption. An excellent way to continue sharing and developing responsible consumption, which will help to save, reuse products and also to consume more natural food.
Terrace: An outdoor recreational space, equipped with everything you need (including a barbecue) to spend wonderful afternoons of fellowship, food and enjoyment with the community Covive.
These spaces are just a taste of what our new Newton House will be like at Polanco, when you get to know it you will not want to leave, because we have built it for you, a colorful, warm, bright place that vibrates in all its spaces community, joy and connection.
