La Condesa is a central area of Mexico City with an enormous history dating back to colonial times. There was the Hacienda Santa María del Arenal between the town of Tacubaya and Romita. Until 1704, when the 160,000 square meters of the hacienda were acquired by Doña María Magdalena Dávalos de Bracamonte y Orozco (what a name, isn't it?) better known as Tercera Condesa de Miravalle.

Due to its long history, Condesa houses more than 200 buildings with neocolonial, functionalist, rationalist, art deco and eclectic styles. Undoubtedly, it is a place to be enjoyed by architecture lovers.

The Condesa has a detail that we love very much and that is that Amsterdam Avenue has a characteristic that matches our values and the symbol that sharing is living more. The Avenue was designed in an elliptical layout, in such a way that 40 percent of the total surface of the neighborhood is part of the green and common areas for transit. Making it a major attraction for living in the neighborhood.

With only 118 years of being founded, Condesa is living its best times (as it has always done) receiving celebrities, national and international tourists in its different options of temporary and long stay housing, such as Covive , which opens its shared housing project in 2021.

In recent decades the neighborhood has become a center of entertainment at all hours, from a morning walk accompanied by a coffee or a juice in a restaurant, you can also enjoy a brunch in hundreds of restaurants. And good for food, not to mention, you will have hundreds of options for all budgets, tastes and trends. And to end the night you will have an endless number of entertainment alternatives, whether you like the arts, cantinas, bars, nightclubs. You decide what to do in this incredible neighborhood.
