A few years ago it became clear to us that renting an apartment anywhere in the world is complicated, but we have not encountered as many obstacles as in Mexico City. We are sure you will have many questions when you are looking at the different options.

Switching between portals looking at apartment listings, choosing or looking for your roomies, figuring out time issues and most of all moving day and all that is involved. Trying to figure it all out is a big issue and it's not something that people take at random.

Signing an annual lease in an apartment where you don't feel at home can feel like an eternity. If you haven't understood the costs involved from the beginning, you're in for a nasty surprise when you're charged. Sometimes there are some amenities that your rent includes and you don't even know it, you could have a gym or laundry facilities within your reach and you don't even know it.

We have developed a solution to all these possible situations and anticipating the decision making we take care of designing the spaces prior to your arrival so you can take advantage of them when you arrive fully furnished, we take care of the cleaning and maintenance so you can enjoy your time. And we organize community events so you can

To make your apartment search easier, we have created a list of things you should be sure you understand at the time of your visit or prior to signing your contract:

Questions to ask before renting an apartment:

  1. How much will I pay monthly?
  2. What does my rent payment include?
  3. Is a guarantor or legal policy required?
  4. What do I need to pay and/or deliver to move?
  5. When can I start living in it, and is this a flexible date?
  6. What is the visiting policy?
  7. How long should I sign the contract for?
  8. Is there an administrator and what is the process for reporting faults?
  9. How can I pay my rent?
