Casa Rio de Janeiro moves in Bici
With the opening of our new Casa Rio de Janeiro, located in the heart of The North Rome, which was designed from start to finish to allow the inhabitants to share in different physical environments without any friction. For example, a meal in the extensive dining room, a refreshing drink on our terrace (which, by the way, is great for sunbathing), a reading time in our comfortable common room or just working in the same space in our fully equipped Coworking.
With this new scenario and modality in Covive, we also debut a new product offered to our inhabitants, in alliance with Muvon, from now on our inhabitants can enjoy a shared bicycle service within their own house.

Our partnership with Muvon will allow the inhabitants of our Casa Rio de Janeiro to have shared bicycles at all times to assist them on their daily routes, whether they occupy them for their regular commutes to work or, if they already enjoy our Coworking and only use the shared bicycle service to make recreational transfers or even to run their errands in the vast shops around our home in North Rome.
We are convinced that development in micro mobility is a process that many industries need to employ thoroughly to reduce our carbon footprint, aiming for better quality by not polluting – both – with our displacements, as well as constantly exercising and arriving on time everywhere, which represents a real challenge in Mexico City and its stratospheric times of routine transfers.
Muvon
Muvon is a company that offers bike-sharing service in the Mexican Caribbean where it offers several models to move from one place to another in a sustainable, safe and fast way. The times where the only option was the car are over, Muvon is changing tourism offering mobility accessible to tourists allowing you to live an experience in your stay in destinations such as Playa del Carmen, where you can explore 5th Avenue by Bike, or in Tulum where you can explore the ancient Mayan fortress by Scooter or bicycle.
From July 2020 we began a period of testing and validation that the Coliving and its inhabitants seek to have micro mobility services such as shared bicycles on hand. With our alliance with Muvon, we will test our hypothesis, waiting for good feedback and being able to offer the same service in all our shared houses where space and circumstances allow, thus improving the quality of service that Covive offers to its inhabitants and allies.
