Barrio Antiguo: If your thing is to know the original spirit of the city and the bohemian atmosphere, this place is for you, the streets surrounding the cathedral of Monterrey are full of galleries, boutiques, bars and bazaars. We recommend a Sunday afternoon stroll through the antiques and handicrafts market.

Macroplaza: Following the tour we will find the Macroplaza, considered the fourth largest square in the world and at the same point you can admire some of the most iconic buildings of the city, such as:

  • Neptune's fountain

  • Monterrey Metropolitan Museum
  • Northeast Museum

MARCO (Museum of Contemporary Art): Almost against the corner of the Macroplaza is the MARCO one of the most important contemporary art museums in the country, with almost 100 works on display. If cultural plans are your thing, you will love this place.

Paseo Santa Lucia: Then, if we board a boat, we sail along what is considered the longest artificial river in Latin America, the Paseo Santa Lucia, whose pier is located under the Museum of Mexican History, is one of the main attractions of the city in a tour of a little more than 2.5 km.

If walking is your thing, you can also explore it on foot, admire the beauty of its murals and perhaps take a break in one of the restaurants located throughout the area.

Fundidora Park: If you follow the Santa Lucia promenade to the end, you will reach the former grounds of the Fundidora de Hierro y Acero de Monterrey, where Fundidora Park is now located, where you can enjoy nature, do outdoor activities or enjoy some of its attractions, such as the following:
