Plants for your room

Nature always brings more to everything. In this case, plants will bring life, color and structure to the empty spaces in your home and/or room. For those who have no idea which plant to choose because they are not sure what this decision involves, here is a mini guide:

Lots of light

The cacti are the best option to occupy that window full of light that you have always wanted to occupy with something but have not been encouraged. They don't require much water, so you don't have to worry too much about them.

Succulents are always a good choice because you can find dozens of options with different colors, shapes and sizes (even if they are all small). Like the cactus, they require a lot of light but in this case we will need a moderate amount of water.

Low light

The plants called 'Cast Iron' are an option that will fill with green the spaces you require, they do not need direct light so it allows you to store them in other more convenient spaces to meet your needs. Although they don't need much water, the benefit of these plants is that if their soil is dry, you will instantly know they need water.

Another viable option for different types of environment are lilacs, you will find them in different colors and sizes but all of them are prepared to face different temperatures, direct or indirect light as well as being resistant to long periods without water.

Mexico City will put in front of you different options to acquire plants in each of the local markets or if you prefer, you can always visit the bigger markets to acquire plants like the one in Xochimilco in the south of the City.
